Collaborate Project Management GmbH is a Munich-based consultancy supporting European research projects and research-driven organisations. Since our foundation in 2016, we have worked with universities, university hospitals, research institutes, scientific associations, companies and patient-facing organisations in the health and life-science sector. Our core expertise lies in proposal development, project management, communication and operational coordination.
Collaborate was founded in 2016 by Carl Steinbeisser, who has worked extensively in the EU funding sphere since 2010. We support Horizon Europe, IMI and IHI-funded consortia, but our work is not limited to funded EU projects: we also help research organisations, scientific and medical associations, expert groups and patient organisations manage their activities, communicate with stakeholders and build efficient internal structures. Our role is to reduce the organisational and administrative burden on scientific teams, boards, working groups and experts, so they can focus on research, healthcare, innovation and patient impact.

Warren John, PhD
Project ManagerPhD in Biochemistry from Jacobs University Bremen and originally from Sri Lanka. Moved from laboratory research to coordinating large-scale EU research initiatives.
Jaime Redondo Pedraza, PhD
Project ManagerBiologist with a PhD in Molecular Biosciences from UAM, Madrid. Shifted from academic biomedical research to project management.
Siddhanth Kedhagae
Project ManagerGraduate in Genetic Engineering, with studies in Evolution, Ecology and Systematics at LMU Munich. Previous venture-development experience at the Cerebrus consulting startup.
Anastasia Marysheva
Project ManagerBackground in nanobiophysics and biomedical research at the Biomedical Center, LMU. Also worked as a Project Analyst in biopharma, focusing on data analysis, scientific reporting and project coordination.
